Jason Laycock a 201cm, 105kg ruckman made his AFL debut in 2004. He was recruited from East Devonport/Tas U18 and now plays for the Essendon Bombers. He was born in 1984.

Jason Laycock's stats looked somewhat decent from Essendon's round 20 loss to Adelaide. Laycock ended up with season-highs in disposals (16) and marks (9) to go along with one goal.
Laycock is a player that seems to have huge potential, but continually falls short. This year has been no different for the 23 year old, where he's averaged only 8.5 disposals, 2.8 marks, 0.9 goals and 9.6 hitouts. If you rely on Laycock in your fantasy team, best keep your fingers crossed, as his round 20 performance should only be considered as being part of his up and down form.
