Andrew Raines a 184cm, 81kg defender made his AFL debut in 2004. He was recruited from Southport (Qld) and now plays for the Richmond Tigers. He was born in 1986.

The untimely injury to Alex Rance looks likely to see Andrew Raines return to the seniors this week. Raines was great in the pre-season, but suffered a knee injury in round 1. Given that his value hasn't changed this season, Raines could still be great bargain, but obviously now comes with a bit more risk. Watch the team selections tonight.
